Attendance at UTT Campuses
The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced that it will permit post-secondary and tertiary students to attend physical classes and practicals from January 2022.
In the light of the above, The University of Trinidad and Tobago, will continue with its policy of using blended learning to deliver its courses online and face to face.
Practical Courses:The preferred option is for students to attend practical courses in person on UTT campuses where possible. Social distancing and other COVID -19 guidelines will be observed and therefore, if class sizes are large, students will be split into smaller groups with rotated attendance. The use of laboratory space should be optimised within the above constraints. To assure success, colleagues who opt for physical attendance of practical work, should plan well in advance and provide students with information on their assigned rotation groups and timing of their practical classes.
