SEQ

Student Evaluation Questionnaire

Benefits of the Student Evaluation
Questionnaire (SEQ)

It’s that time again when students are asked to rate their courses. The process of completing evaluations for all your courses can seem boring and sometimes feels like a waste of time. However, it’s important that students have a say about the quality of the instruction they get. Data from the SEQ can provide an excellent insight into the current effectiveness of an instructor and the courses they deliver. When student evaluations of teaching are done regularly, the quality of the educational experience improves for both the instructor and the students. ......

Here is a helpful video: click here

Rating your courses using the Student Evaluation Questionnaire

WHAT:

The Student Evaluation Questionnaire (SEQ) is administered every semester to all students for each of their registered courses. All students are invited to anonymously rate each of their courses and help instructors improve their teaching. This semester the SEQ will be available from 08-30 April.

WHY :

When student evaluations of teaching are done regularly, the quality of the educational experience improves for both the instructor and the students. Instructors learn about their strengths and weakness and can work harder to improve....
