MyCampus Upgrade

Introducing Multifactor Authentication

To all Students:

Effective July 7th 2023, the MyCampus Single Sign On (SSO) Portal has been upgraded to better secure all applications accessed through the portal – resulting in Multifactor Authentication (MFA) now being required as part of your logon process.

You are therefore requested to download (if not previously downloaded) and configure the Microsoft (or Google) Authenticator App from the Apple App or Google Play Store which will be used as the preferred alternative authentication option.

Please refer to the following guide to configure your MFA settings:

How to configure your MyCampus Multifactor Authentication (MFA) settings in 10 simple steps!

We hope to phase out SMS and Email authentication by year’s end, so with that in mind, you are encouraged to download and make use of the Authenticator app as your primary alternative authentication option moving forward.

As usual, if there are any questions or concerns, please contact our Service Desk at servicedesk@utt.edu.tt or 642-8888 Ext. 44357.
