Its not a conspiracy theory if it’s true. There is no question the integration and freedom of mobility killed the socially viable black community, the only thing at issue is the motivations of Middle Class blacks. Many conclude that these individuals left because they were chasing after white people, trying to be like them. Which is absolutely true since in these individuals minds, their MC values transcended melanin content.
What these blacks coveted was the freedom from having to hold back the rachetness of their community, of having to be accountable for the degeneracy of this group just because they had been forced to live together. When a meth house in WV blows up, or people chuckle at a People of Wal-mart tumblr account, no one sees that as an indictment or the responsibility of the white residents of Georgetown or Beverly Hills.
