The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) is inviting interested students to Volunteer at the upcoming UTT Graduation Ceremonies November 17-19, 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the University community, support the successful execution of this important event, and assist in creating a memorable graduation experience for our graduates and their families.
Students who are interested in participating are kindly asked to complete the attached Volunteer Registration Form and submit it by the deadline indicated below.
Important Dates and Requirements:
- Volunteer Form Submission Deadline: Friday, 30th October 2026 at 4:00pm
- Dress Rehearsal: Friday, 6th November 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
- Dress Rehearsal Venue: National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA)
Please note: Attendance at the dress rehearsal is mandatory for all selected volunteers. Students should ensure that they are available to attend, as the rehearsal will provide important guidance and preparation for their assigned duties on graduation day.
We encourage all interested students to take advantage of this opportunity to serve and represent UTT with pride and professionalism.
Kindly complete and return the attached form on or before the submission deadline. Late submissions may not be considered.
